Mookti: getting new learners started in a minute

I redesigned the first screen of Mookti, an AI study app, so new learners could start working with Ellen, its AI tutor, before making an account.

Depop: showing the real total before the deal feels done

I proposed two small changes to Depop's checkout so buyers see their real total, including tax, before they make an offer or buy. Both use Depop's existing interface: no new screens and no redesign.

Making the Cane's app worth opening

A research-led sprint: 70% of surveyed customers had never opened the app — a value problem, not a usability one. I led synthesis and the rewards direction.
